Metta in May

I'm back from my training with some time to integrate and ready to put into practice what I've learned. Metta is a Pali word which means loving-kindness and is at the heart of Thai Yoga Massage. I am dedicating the month of May to this concept and to developing my skills in this art. Thai Yoga Massage works to open the body and encourage relaxation through gentle stretches, rocking motions and pressing techniques that work along physical and energetic lines. Interested in giving it a try? Purchase a 1 hour Thai Yoga Massage or Reiki session at Yoga You4ia and receive a second session for free. Your session must be paid for within the month of May, but sessions can be booked at any point during the year. Feel free to indulge in both sessions, or spread the loving-kindness and give your free session to a friend.

Go to the mind body app online ( or access through your phone (go to the Yoga You4ia link) to see available times and to book. Sessions are available most Mondays-Thursdays. Saturdays and alternate times are also available on request subject to availability. Feel free to email me at to work something out, or for further questions.

I'm also beginning to incorporate some Thai Yoga Massage into my Yin classes, so feel free to come to any of my Yang/Yin flow classes to get a sampling of what a session could involve. Check out my schedule to find out when and where I am teaching.

Enjoy your week!!
