Thai yoga massage - which is often referred to as “lazy man’s yoga” - involves passive stretching and gentle pressure along the energy lines of the body to help increase flexibility, improve circulation and balance the body’s energy system. Your only job is to let go, relax and let me do the work :)
I have completed a Professional Thai Massage program in Thailand at The Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai along with trainings from various other Thai massage programs in Canada.
