Want to learn yoga or take your practice deeper in your own space at a time that suits you? Private or small group lessons are for people who:
- have been wanting to try yoga, but are intimidated by public classes
- have injuries that may result in limited mobility
- want to develop a yoga practice that meets their specific needs and goals
- want to deepen or enhance their current practice
- have a small group of friends or colleagues who want to practice together at a time and place that is most convenient for them
Classes are suitable for beginner and advanced students. My classes consist of physical postures as well as breath work, and various meditation and relaxation techniques. The focus is to make classes about you with customized programs that allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
